Southeast Human Service Center - Fargo, ND - Care Coordinator Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients receive holistic, integrated, and personalized care. Unlike traditional case management roles, the Care Coordinator focuses on optimizing the coordination of care across all service providers involved in the client's treatment, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care. This role requires a deep understanding of the behavioral health continuum, the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to enhancing client outcomes through efficient care pathways.In a typical week, you will interact directly with individuals to discuss treatment recommendations and educate them about their healthcare and treatment needs. You will facilitate connections between individuals and services, ensuring seamless continuity of care among internal providers as well as between internal and external providers. Additionally, you will assist individuals in scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary supports, addressing transportation issues, and overcoming other barriers to accessing services.You will thrive in this position if you have excellent organizational skills and are committed to a rehabilitative and person-centered philosophy. Successful candidate will be comfortable developing close working relationships with internal and external referral resources. To be considered for the Care Coordinator position, you are required to have a bachelor's degree and two years of experience working with special population groups in a direct care setting.OR a master's degree OR at least five years of experience working with individuals with SMI/SED in a supervised, clinical setting. Intern for ND Horse Racing Commission The North Dakota Horse Racing Commission has openings for two summer 2025 interns. Join our talented and dedicated team and gain knowledge and experience in a variety of components of the horse racing business. The positions will work directly with ND Racing Commission staff to complete the licensing process at the live Horse Races in Fargo and Belcourt. This includes reviewing and verifying documents and information, record checks, and fee collection. Time will also be spent in the areas of racing compliance, safety & security and conducting investigations. The North Dakota Department of Agriculture provides valuable hands-on experience in agriculture, plant health, and pest regulation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Plant Industries staff, supporting a range of initiatives within the Plant Industries Division.Our mission is to serve, advocate, protect and promote agriculture to benefit everyone. We support agriculture by embracing diversity, innovation, research and trade.Hiring Range: $18.00 - $21.00 hourlyHours: 40 hours per week; beginning of June 2025 through September 2025. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct external apiary inspections.Perform pest surveys, including soil sampling, insect trapping, and grain sample collection.Conduct agricultural and phytosanitary-related inspections, including mills, fields, and grain/seed samples.Collect hemp samples for laboratory testing.Assist with biocontrol collection and distribution.Participate in biocontrol field days for leafy spurge insect collection.Respond to apiary-related complaints.Support outreach and education presentations.Assist with clerical and mailing tasks related to pest surveys.Provide support as needed for all programs within the Plant Industries Division.In-state travel is required, primarily involving day trips with some overnight stays.
