The North Dakota Department of Agriculture received federal funding through the USDA Patrick Leahy Farm to School Program to provide early childcare education centers with a STEM learning opportunity. This grant will enable NDDA to provide 10 licensed early childhood centers the opportunity to learn about growing specialty crops. Applications not funded by NDDA will be reviewed by the North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) through the Maternal and Child Health Program to determine if the application may be funded by HHS.
