As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. Duties and Tasks

Lead the development, design, and execution of exhibits for permanent, temporary, and digital exhibits and interpretive projects. Develop and oversee a long-term exhibit plan for two state museums.Draft exhibit themes and text for all agency exhibits. Collaborate with editors, marketing, and education teams for exhibit related publicity and education projects.Manage exhibit budgets, grant applications, and timelines for the two state museums.Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.Supervise temporary exhibit staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in exhibit design, art, history, museum studies, or a closely related field and three years of professional experience in managing and producing large-scale exhibits.Demonstrated experience in project management, writing exhibit text, analyzing bids and contracts, and team collaboration skills.Skilled in the use of materials, tools, and methods for exhibit installation and maintenance.Proficient in design software (e.g. CAS, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-Up). Northwest Human Service Center - Williston, ND - Functional Family Therapist This position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.**Will consider flexible shifts, including a 4-day work weekAs a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems.
