Join our team as a Field Auditor II, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the North Dakota Unemployment Compensation Insurance law. You will audit employer accounts, act as a UI Tax resource for employers, help employers with UI cost control strategies, and determine liability for insurance coverage while monitoring the reporting of quarterly wage filings.In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in reviewing IRS tax documents including 1099s, W2s, and income tax estimations, and have the ability to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with regulations, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Two years of the experience must have been in duties comparable to those of a PO II. Incumbent must be licensable as a ND Peace Officer under North Dakota Century Code Chapter 12-63 and shall attend the first available basic peace officer training program recognized by the ND Peace Officers and Training Board (POST Board) ensuring authorization to perform the peace officer duties of a Parole and Probation Officer in accordance with North Dakota Century Code Section 12-59-20. Must have a valid class D driver's license. Parole and Probation Officer II minimum qualifications: A bachelor's degree is preferred in behavioral science, education, business, or a related field with three years of work experience in a corrections, law enforcement, social work, education, or behavioral health setting. Eligibility to be licensed as a peace officer in North Dakota OR an associate's degree with five years of work experience with individuals in corrections, law enforcement, social work, education or behavioral health setting may be considered. Must be licensable as a ND peace officer under North Dakota Century Code Chapter 12-63 and pass the critical task assessment. North Central Human Service Center - Minot, ND - Functional Family Therapist/Social WorkerThis position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians.
