Edamame Trail Mix Kits Grades 2-3
The North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA) received federal funding through their Specialty Crop Block Grant Program to provide teachers with a STEM learning opportunity for second and third grade teachers. April is National Soy Foods Month and this grant will enable NDDA to provide teachers with edamame trail mix kits. Students will learn about soybeans and other North Dakota specialty crops, and their importance in agriculture in North Dakota.
Eligibility: All second and third grade teachers, excluding homeschool programs. The first 30 qualified applications will be accepted.
