West Central Human Service Center - Bismarck, ND - Administrative AssistantAs an Administrative Assistant, you would provide essential administrative support to the clinic's leadership team, as well as assist with business office operations, client registration, and reception duties. You will support a variety of functions, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, recording meeting minutes, and contributing to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.In addition, you will be responsible for registering new clients, updating financial and demographic information, reviewing insurance coverage, determining financial eligibility, and assisting with billing inquiries. You will serve as a backup to the reception staff, answer phones, and help clients connect to telehealth services when needed.This is a cross-functional role where you will be trained to assist in a wide range of administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring smooth operations for the clinic and the best possible experience for both staff and patients.Seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with Skills using all Microsoft Applications. Experience navigating electronic health records and insurance portals is a plus but not required. Experience working directly with behavioral health clients/patients is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple confidential tasks efficiently. To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent AND four years' experience in appropriate functions; OR an associate degree with emphasis in business, office related functions or customer service AND two years of experience; OR a bachelor's degree in a business-related field may substitute for required work experience.
